Who She Is

Sheena T Kaine is a Métis entrepreneur, professional boxer turned public speaker, and the founder of R.I.S.E, a workshop series devoted to self-defense, wellness, and personal growth for women and youth.

Born and raised in a Metis settlement, Sheena’s story begins in a community where she taught herself the values of resilience, family, and identity. Teenage years of survival, transformed into a life mission to help others find their strength & purpose.

After years of competing and modeling across Canada, Sheena expanded her platform through film, public speaking, and advocacy, using her story to inspire empowerment and Indigenous representation in spaces that often lack it.

Her programs go beyond physical fitness—they teach emotional awareness, goal-setting, and the mind-body connection. Each workshop is designed to help participants confront fear, reclaim control, and move toward lasting self-confidence.

Today, Sheena stands as a voice for transformation—bridging sport, art, and spirit into a system that uplifts others. Whether she’s coaching self-defense, leading empowerment seminars, speaking on stage, or walking the runway her message remains the same:

“You are stronger than your fears, and your story can change the world.”
